جدیدترین آلبوم او که در ۱۳ دسامبر ۲۰۱۳ منتشر شد، از سوی منتقدین تحسین‌برانگیز خطاب شده‌است و حتی بازیگران معروفی در صفحات اجتماعیشان از این آلبوم تعریف کرده‌اند. این در حالی است که این آلبوم بدون اطلاع قبلی منتشر شد و همین موجب شگفتی طرفداران وی شد البته او اقرار کرد که پنهان ماندن کار بر روی این آلبوم بسیار برایش سخت بوده‌است. در این آلبوم علاوه بر ۱۴ آهنگ، موزیک ویدئو ی آن‌ها نیز همزمان قرار داده شده‌است.
بیانسه در ۱۳ ژوئن ۲۰۱۷ صاحب دو فرزند دوقلو به نام‌های سر کارتر (به انگلیسی: Sir Carter) و رومی (به انگلیسی: Rumi) شد.[۹]

It’s safe to say Beyonce is one of the most successful popstars of the new millennium — so when she announces a huge new project, it’s no surprise the internet goes into a flutter.
Queen Bey has dropped the trailer for Black Is King ahead of its release next week, and the hype is already building.
Here’s your shortcut guide to what we know about it so far.

Black Is King is a visual album created to “celebrate the breadth and beauty of Black ancestry”, according to a lengthy Instagram post ahead of its imminent release.
Beyonce explains in her post that it was originally created as a companion piece to The Lion King: The Gift album, which she curated.
The Lion King: The Gift complemented the 2019 remake of The Lion King, in which she voiced the character of Nala, and her own song Spirit was also featured on the movie’s soundtrack.
“It is my passion project that I have been filming, researching and editing day and night for the past year,” her post read.
“I’ve given it my all and now it’s yours.”
The official trailer has already racked up more than 1.5 million views on YouTube, and features some recognisable faces like husband Jay Z, Lupita Nyong’o, Kelly Rowland and more.
It’s not yet clear if Black Is King will include Beyonce’s recent single Black Parade, released on the weekend of Juneteenth.
A visual album is usually defined by a film or a series of film clips to accompany a body of musical work.
Aside from the obvious of there being something to look at rather than just music to hear, a lot of the criteria can be fairly subjective.
A perfect example though is Beyonce’s own production of Lemonade, dubbed by Vox as “one of the best movies of the 2010s”.
The hour-long creation debuted on HBO in 2016 — all 12 tracks from the record debuted on Billboard’s Hot 100, and it spent an impressive 17 weeks on the chart.
Lemonade is still available to stream on Tidal, Amazon Music and iTunes — and now could be the perfect time for a refresher on that iconic strut down the street in a flowing yellow gown, baseball bat in hand.
If we’re lucky, Black is King will eventually get the same treatment and you’ll be able to listen to your favourite bits on the bus — but there’s no indication yet if or when that will happen.

You’ve heard of The Beatles, right? A Hard Day’s Night, released at the crest of Beatlemania was a visual album to epitomise the Swinging Sixties. It was released a couple of weeks after the album of the same name and featured most of the songs and, despite being quite naff, became a hugely influential work in the years to come across multiple formats.
In later decades, Pink Floyd’s The Wall and Prince’s Purple Rain were other high watermarks of the genre, with the latter catapulting its artist to number one in the singles, album and movie box office charts simultaneously in 1984.
In more recent times, we’ve seen offerings like 2010’s Runaway from — checks notes — US presidential hopeful Kanye West.
July 31 — which isn’t far away, Beyonce fans.
Black Is King will stream exclusively on Disney+.
Beyonce thanked the platform via Instagram for “giving this Black woman the opportunity to tell this story”.
The streaming service has recently ditched its free trial offer, so you’ll need a subscription to see Black Is King when it’s released.
